3 Anotations

I have explored my three concepts/sketches, and after working on them, I found out that I no longer want to pursue the video/gif, and instead, I have decided to work on a more interactive piece. After talking with Tyler, I realized that I have stayed too restricted with the physical form I am creating, and I want to focus more on a 3D model. Bellow are my app design, poster sketch, and my new 3D model, still in 2D form.


My app is going much smoother than expected as the layout is a continuos image that scrolls. I am trying to keep the colors simple, using pull colors from the original poster.

Here is an example of my new 3D model. Imagine that the ice bergs are pieces that are able to be pulled out of the top and have information on the back of them regarding global warming. I like this idea, but my worry is that the piece will not be as interactive as I am hoping and that it will not hold enough information.

Here is a mock-up of my sketch poster. I really wanted to try and make it different from the actual poster for it is meant to be a stand alone. The only thing that is really bothering me is the fact it is so rough, so different. At the same time, I enjoy how the white is such a contrast from the poster, making your eye draw to the text.
